The Blue Book is the annual report on development cooperation between the European Union (EU) and Kenya. This 90-page report gives an overview of the official development assistance from the EU and its member states to support Kenya in its efforts to achieve its development objectives throughout 2013 and also looks forward to 2014. It also provides a deeper understanding of the EU itself.
Wanjiru compiled the report after conducting interviews and collecting data from the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Kenya, European Investment Bank (EIB), and several EU member states including UK, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, France, Finland, Italy, Spain, Belgium and Denmark.
